Bug reports

Include the image dimensions and format, roughly when you tried, and what the page said. The file itself is not needed and is gone by the time a report arrives.

Batch and API access

Say how many images a month and at what size. That is enough to tell whether it is worth building.

If this service is being used to process something it should not be, write to the address above.

Before writing in

Two things account for most of the mail. Images over 1000×1000 pixels are rejected on purpose, not by accident — the limit keeps a single job from monopolising the queue. And the daily quota resets at midnight UTC, not at midnight where you are.
